NSS OF PENNSYLVANIA
NSS of PA is a nonprofit organization conducting cultural and charitable activities in Philadelphia and around the tri-state area since 1998. As it steps into the 11 year mark, NSS is still an active participant in the community working along side other major organizations serving similar purposes. We are able to help families get together and share their culture, tradition, social events and help each other in this fast pace life abroad. This organization has also played a major role in passing the tradition of our country to the next generation kids who were raised abroad. NSS conducts annual picnic, games, cultural activities and other traditional functions like bhajan’s which provides a feeling of a big family helping each other. This organization is also proud to be capable of providing financial assistance when help was need during the time of Tsunami back in India. During these years this organization has provided financial and other aids when help is required within the families locally or across India as one family. We look forward to function as an organization addressing the need for people abroad and back in India, continuing to serve the community.
